All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We do not collect, store, or have access to your complete credit card information.

Subscription Plans: We offer monthly and lifetime subscription options. Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

14-Day Money Back Guarantee: You have the right to cancel within 14 days without giving any reason.

Exception: Your right to cancel does not apply to Digital Content that you have started to download or activate.

All intellectual property rights in the Services are owned by or licensed to UrBuddy and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

Our aggregate liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to UrBuddy in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be effective 30 days after posting or notification.

Your continued use of the Services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
